Approaching Llandudno from the main A55 coast road, follow the signs to the town centre.  As you get close to the town centre, look out for the Asda supermarket on your left hand side.  Keep in the left lane and bear left towards the railway station.  Just after the station, at the traffic lights, turn left down Trinity Avenue.  Take the third right into St David's Road, then first right into St David's Place.  Hollybank is on the left hand side.
