Car Parking is at the front of the House in St.David'd Place
1. Access to the house from st.David'd Place via a level tarmac path.there
are no steps into the house.
2.From the entrance porch you enter the hall the guest lounge is on your left.at the end opf the hall you will find the dining room. The Lounge and dining room are on the level throughout.
3. There are no bedrooms at ground floor level.
4. A porterage service is available for luggage.
5. All bedrooms are at first and second floor levels.
Access to the first floor is via a flight of 3 stairs to a turn and a
further 12 stairs to the first floor landiong.Rooms 1.2 and 4 are on this
landing,a further 13 stairs take you to the second floor Rooms.5.6.and 7 are on this landing.
There is no lift available.
6. All rooms are en suite.
